Before we can process any data-related requests, we require verification that you are the legitimate owner of the account. Verification methods may vary and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Data request

If you would like to request access to all data we have on file for your account, please contact us at support@cherrytrip.app. We will respond to your request within a few weeks, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Delete data

If you wish to delete your account and its associated data after using Cherry Trip, please contact us at support@cherrytrip.app.

Please note that content, posts, and suggestions created within groups may not be automatically deleted unless you manually remove them through the app. If you are an admin and wish to delete a group and its content, you must provide a valid reason for doing so.
